Extreme Steam was established in 1999 by Robert & Mary Timmermeyer, long time residents of Modesto, CA.  

"Where quality means perfection" isn't just a saying, but our way of business.  We believe that in order for a job to be done properly, it should be done right... the first time!

We take Extreme pride in our work, refusing to let anyone else do a better job!   This is why we use top of the line equipment and chemicals. We believe that your carpets are not a raceway, meant for us to be "in and out." We stay as long as it takes to get the job done right.

Extreme Steam does not use chemicals as the sole method for cleaning your carpets - we use a combination of chemicals, hot water and truck-mounted equipment to achieve the deepest clean possible.
